Failure to provide it has no consequences. This applies only insofar as nothing else is stated for the following processing operations.
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time our website is accessed, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web host/IT service provider and stored in log data, known as server log files. This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the IP address, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in ensuring smooth operation of our website and improving our offering.
Contact requests submitted via Zoho Forms are transferred to Zoho CRM for structured processing and documentation and are further processed there.
Legal bases
Processing takes place, depending on the content and purpose of your request, on the following legal bases:
Recipients / processing on our behalf
Zoho is used as a service provider and processes the data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Zoho. Internally, only the departments that need the content of your request for processing receive access.
Transfer to third countries
Depending on the technical configuration and server locations, data processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA) cannot be ruled out. For transfers to third countries, we ensure an adequate level of data protection through suitable safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and take additional protective measures into account where necessary.
Storage period
We store the data submitted via Zoho Forms only for as long as necessary to process your request. The data is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations prevent deletion or further storage is required to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Objection
Where processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Further information about data protection at Zoho can be found in Zoho’s privacy policy and in its GDPR/DPA information:

Your data is transferred to our production partners, shipping companies, payment service providers, service providers for order processing, and IT service providers. In all cases, we strictly observe legal requirements. The scope of data transfer is limited to a minimum.
